All CILEx Regulation staff have been involved in this exciting project and we’ve listened to feedback from consumer panels, CILEx members and CILEx Authorised Entities in order to make the following key improvements:
The structure of the site supports our strategy of being focused on the consumer, standards and diversity and accessibility. The site will continue to be developed based on user requirements and we are currently exploring a Chatbot facility.
